clients are entitled to 2 revisions for a commission. additional charges will be applied if the limit is exceeded.

In the circumstance that the error was made by the artist, no additional fee will be charged.

wips (work in progress) will be shown every 3 days after the initial payment.

The final artwork will be sent to the client through the email provided in the form.

turnaround time cannot be confirmed as it depends on many factors:

→ the complexity of the commission

→ time required for extra research

to book a slot, please fill out the commission form accordingly.

The commission will be taken into consideration once it is received.

if the commission is accepted, a message will be sent to the client.

a slot will be reserved once the client has made payment.

internatonal payment: Paypal

Local payment (malaysia): tng ○ Maybank

50% deposit must be made within 3 days of receiving confirmation.

Failure to provide payment within the given time will automatically result in forfeiting the slot.

The following terms are for clients who decide to cancel a commission during:

→ sketch / lineart phase: 30% of the deposit will be refunded.

→ colour phase: 15% of the deposit will be refunded.

All artworks created by me remain my copyright.

I have the right to use commissioned work on my social media for publicity.

Absolutely no commission work may be used for commercial purposes (profits). Personal use, on the other hand, is welcomed.

All inquiries for commercial commissions may be initiated and discussed through email.

If the client wants to post the artwork on social media, kindly use the watermarked version of it.
